Additionally, if you already have any of the qualifications or experiences listed below, you will have an advantage and better understand the responsibilities of your role. If not, you will develop these skills: * Understanding of network protocols and architecture (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, RDP). * Experience administering Windows servers and Active Directory. * Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. * Practical experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafana. * Knowledge of web servers (IIS, Apache). * Knowledge of information security practices and compliance. * Knowledge of MSSQL databases. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** At Escalasoft, you will join a mission that is very important to us: providing the best cloud and technology service to our clients! To accomplish this important mission, you will use service availability monitoring methods, including: * Perform inspections using checklists to verify client systems' service and process availability. * Continuously monitor service availability using tools such as Zabbix and Grafana. * Actively participate in recovering incidents identified during inspections, monitoring, or client requests. * Perform updates on environments, servers, and systems. * Record all incidents and interventions carried out during your shift. **BENEFITS** Food allowance of R$31.00 per day.
