Personalized service and financial consulting **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with cooperative members, including portfolio management of products and services, supporting business teams, and handling PA-related processes for both individual (PF) and corporate (PJ) members—through marketing existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial consulting focused on members’ needs and the cooperative’s outcomes, aiming at profitability, portfolio expansion, service quality, operational efficiency, standardized service delivery, achievement of established targets, and provision of product and service solutions aligned with members’ expectations and retention within the manager’s area of responsibility. * Generate value for cooperative members, the community, and the cooperative. * Manage the corporate (PJ) member portfolio, striving to become the members’ primary financial partner through consultative, transparent, and results-driven approaches—aiming to increase the Product and Service Utilization Index aligned with the served market. * Foster relationships and member retention, increasing business volume, expanding usage of multiple products, and minimizing risks. * Achieve established targets by offering product and service solutions aligned with members’ expectations. * Ensure portfolio performance and results with short-, medium-, and long-term perspectives. * Deliver personalized, high-quality service to members in the assigned portfolio to support retention and loyalty. * Advise members in the assigned portfolio on financial matters. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). * CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification * Dynamic and proactive; * Prior experience working with corporate clients (PJ) is desirable; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Childcare allowance, Educational assistance, Clothing allowance, Commissions, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
