





* Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, issuing receipts for daily cash, credit/debit card, PIX, and bill payment transactions. * Verify the amount received during cash register opening to ensure adequate cash supply and facilitate change. * Serve customers and offer the best available payment method. * Promote the HTN card to customers who do not yet hold this payment option. * Identify customers using official identification documents (ID card or driver’s license) when establishing credit accounts. * Register and update customer profiles, requesting required documents (ID card, CPF tax ID number, and phone number) for credit analysis and approval in accordance with current Credit Policy. * For existing HTN cardholders, offer PCJ and PP services. * Collect purchase amounts in cash, verifying banknote authenticity; when payment is made via HTN card, request valid identification documentation. * Visually inspect products (model, size, color, stitching, quantity purchased, etc.) to prevent future exchanges and complaints. * Always wrap items as gifts upon customer request, following pre-established internal guidelines. Responsible for handling cash and equipment, and restocking operational support items (meat wraps, shopping bags, receipt rolls, gift wrapping paper, etc.). * Assist with ad-hoc tasks within the store unit, maintaining a consistently clean and organized work area. * Support other store departments, including warehouse, visual merchandising, and shelf replenishment (multifunctional role).
