Provide consultative and responsible service to cooperatives, offering financial solutions aligned with their profiles and needs, while complying with internal and systemic regulations; Conduct visits for business prospecting and consultative service, aiming to attract new cooperatives and continuously improve engagement and retention of the existing base, as well as participate in local events to strengthen community ties; Identify opportunities and generate sustainable business by performing activities related to negotiation and technical analysis, supporting approval or rejection of financial and credit operations within the scope of authority; Analyze current account transactions to identify business opportunities and contact cooperatives to offer products and services, as well as address issues related to check returns or operational restrictions when necessary; Verify cash balances, analyzing and identifying reasons for any discrepancies found; Work daily to maintain the membership base through trust-based relationships, seeking new business opportunities and negotiating to continuously reduce delinquency rates and membership cancellation requests; Analyze reports and conduct performance evaluations of the Service Unit to support decision-making and/or develop action plans to achieve strategic business objectives; Work toward achieving the cooperative's business interests and strategies regarding growth of the cooperative base, as well as their loyalty and engagement; Guide and train peers in developing service activities; Perform other duties related to the position; Observe all other responsibilities common to all positions within the Ailos System; Observe all other responsibilities common to all Service Unit positions. 2510140202261750775
