Acerca de la vacante Formación requerida Licenciatura completa (bachiller o licenciado) en Ciencias Sociales, Ciencias Humanas o Artes (teatro, danza, artes visuales, música, cine). Requisitos y preferencias Conocimientos y experiencia en gestión y producción artística, cultural y comunitaria; Experiencia en seguimiento y ejecución de proyectos educativos, artístico-culturales y sociales; Conocimientos y experiencia en coordinación y desarrollo de proyectos culturales y sociales; Conocimientos y experiencia en coordinación y trabajo con grupos sociales, especialmente con personas mayores. Conocimientos sobre gerontología, aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida y envejecimiento activo; Conocimientos en paquete Office y aplicaciones Microsoft. Coordinación y gestión de equipos; Licencia de conducir tipo B; **Sus responsabilidades diarias serán:** Desarrollar, organizar, ejecutar y evaluar proyectos y actividades relacionadas con las áreas de Cultura y Asistencia Social/Trabajo Social con Grupos y Desarrollo Comunitario, con el objetivo de garantizar el adecuado desarrollo y cumplimiento de todas las tareas y demandas, conforme a las directrices y metas institucionales; Dar seguimiento y ejecutar los proyectos, organizar planes y métodos de trabajo, establecer metas y definir prioridades; Gestionar y supervisar los proyectos culturales y sociales junto a la unidad; Desempeñarse en el desarrollo de las actividades culturales y de asistencia social dentro de la unidad; Gestionar, orientar y coordinar el desarrollo de los trabajos culturales y de asistencia social que se realicen en equipo; Participar en el monitoreo, desarrollo y producción de conocimiento dentro de la unidad; Participar en los procesos de selección de colaboradores, según los criterios y disposiciones establecidos en los documentos internos y convocatorias; Mantener y fomentar relaciones constantes con empresas del sector comercial, bienes, servicios y turismo vinculadas a las acciones definidas de captación y fidelización de dichas empresas a los servicios del Sesc; Planificar, organizar y programar los eventos ofrecidos por la institución; Elaborar y revisar diversos informes y documentos; Representar a la institución, participar en reuniones, grupos de trabajo y/o estudios, cuando sea solicitado; * Supervisar y acompañar las actividades y trabajos desarrollados por los colaboradores e instructores de los cursos de artes y de los grupos sociales; Contar con disponibilidad, compromiso y dedicación hacia la institución Sesc y hacia los proyectos de las áreas de Cultura y Asistencia Social.
