About Us GTOP is composed of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multifamily management, the group has 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling cashier operations, guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers in their daily activities, approving transactions, providing necessary materials for the team, organizing meetings, and primarily serving customers according to established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures, aiming to ensure excellent customer service and accuracy in the store's financial transactions. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure proper execution of cashier operational procedures, guiding and monitoring daily routines, deadlines, and established methods, performing loads on PDVs, scales, and price consultations, providing information and clarifying doubts, monitoring cashier operation breakdowns (financial movements and loss prevention), organizing informative and support meetings, as well as attending to customers' various requests; Ensure correct cash withdrawals and daily closing of cash registers, performing cash counting and reconciling with the system, aiming for accuracy in the store's financial transactions; Ensure and organize customer flow to prevent queues; Ensure compliance with internal standards of conduct, customer service, and safety; Contribute to reducing cashier-related loss rates by proactively minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, ensuring quick perishable returns, etc.; Manage personnel matters related to leave schedules, time banks, vacations, and other work-hour demands by monitoring managerial reports provided by the Human Resources department and guiding employees; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous guidance and feedback, performance monitoring, and improvement through technical training; Provide support and assistance in related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum Education:** High school diploma **Specific Skills:** Cashier operations, financial transactions **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
