Requirements and Qualifications:
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, basic VBA)
* Experience organizing and processing databases (SQL, CSV, etc.)
* Proficiency in dashboard creation (Power BI or Google Data Studio)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to document processes and generate clear reports.
* Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Desirable:
* Advanced knowledge of Power BI or Google Data Studio
* Prior experience in HR or BPO to understand domain-specific metrics.
* Familiarity with turnover, absenteeism, and scheduling metrics
* Ability to work remotely with discipline and organization.
* Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate).
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Deliver comprehensive dashboards that automatically update HR metrics.
* Document processes and generate weekly, monthly, and event-based reports.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in data and processes.
* Ensure data quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
* Support the BPO team with actionable insights.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours.
