A culture of enabling futures through education Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Irajá Study Center \- Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide human-centered service to students requesting course suspension, cancellation, or transfer, seeking to reverse such decisions: Through phone and WhatsApp interactions; Negotiate, present arguments, and apply institutional policies focused on student retention; Analyze student requests and offer existing services provided by the Institution; Analyze student performance to promote and participate in initiatives and projects targeting student development and retention; Requirements: Completed high school education; Proficiency in using computer systems; Experience in customer service; Negotiation-oriented profile. Reside very close to Irajá (one commute each way).
