Ensure organization and efficiency in event execution **Job Description:** We are seeking an Event Supervisor to join our team at a cultural venue. The professional will be responsible for coordinating and leading the team during event execution, ensuring all activities are carried out in an organized and efficient manner. The Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact between the team and clients, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and service quality. **Competencies:** The Technical Supervision is responsible for supporting the General Coordination in its assigned duties. Thus, it will participate in planning, coordination, organization, monitoring, supervision, guidance, direction, and control, as directed by the General Coordination, operating at the operational level in managing human, financial, and material resources dedicated to delivering the services specified in this Terms of Reference, in alignment with administrative management techniques. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) in at least one of the following fields: Performing Arts, Social Communication, Marketing, Cultural Production, Tourism, Administration, or Technological Superior Course in Events, or related fields. Enrollment confirmation in any of the listed courses may be accepted, subject to justification evaluation, provided that at least 50% of the course periods or credits have been completed; * Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in team management, coordination, or supervision, verified by a technical qualification certificate issued by a previous employer and accompanied by the corresponding entry in the work record book. CAIXA may accept, subject to justification evaluation, proof of experience via portfolio, service contract, or letter of recommendation.
