Dynamic and proactive teamwork Provide operational support for events, ensuring proper functioning of audiovisual equipment, space organization, and excellence in customer service on the event day. **Main Responsibilities** * Support basic technical execution of events (sound, lighting, and audiovisual); * Operate simple audiovisual equipment (mixing console, projection, basic lighting); * Interface with customers on the event day, acting as a support point (concierge profile); * Organize the physical event space (setting up chairs, tables, and layout adjustments); * Support last-minute adjustments according to customer requests, in coordination with the venue team; * Ensure the environment is prepared as contracted; * Handle logistics of materials between venues (transportation, verification, and equipment organization); * Assist in pre-event preparation of spaces and materials for future events; * Adapt performance according to each venue’s model (some with in-house audiovisual teams, others with internal operations). **Technical Requirements** + Basic computer literacy; + Familiarity with simple sound and audiovisual equipment (preferred); + Availability for operational tasks and material handling; + Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Behavioral Competencies** + Proactivity and dynamism; + Strong verbal communication and professional demeanor; + Ability to interact with customers courteously and confidently; + Emotional intelligence to manage high-pressure situations or out-of-scope requests; + Teamwork aptitude; + Responsibility and ownership mindset.
