**Occupational Physician** **Essential Requirements:** * Medical degree with specialization in Occupational Medicine. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Occupational Physician in industrial/operational sectors. * Advanced English (desirable). * Knowledge of integrated systems (ERP) and occupational health management. **Desired Profile:** * Professional with a **managerial profile**, capable of leading processes, people, and technical teams. * Experience coordinating PCMSO (Occupational Health Program), managing health contracts, prevention programs, and absenteeism control programs. * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Ability to innovate, influence, and discuss ideas with clear communication and active listening. **Main Responsibilities:** * Full occupational health management for a corporate group (over 1.200 employees) and management of a team comprising safety technicians, social workers, and nursing technicians. * Implementation and monitoring of health programs, including mental health. * Interface with hospitals, clinics, health insurance providers, and insurance brokers. * Monitoring of occupational injury/illness incidents, audits, and processes relevant to the area. **Conditions:** * Base: Rio de Janeiro (with short trips to other units). * **Workload: 30 hours per week** * Benefits: Family-inclusive health and dental plans, meal voucher (VR), life insurance, gym allowance, etc. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Languages: * English (Basic) Willingness to travel * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * On-site meals * Parking * Corporate mobile phone * TotalPass
