Nurse for an ILPI (Institution for Long-Term Care for the Elderly) in Recreio, with a clinical care profile and operational management of care, leading the team and implementing protocols.

We are seeking a nursing professional for a retirement home (ILPI) in Recreio, with a clinical care profile and operational management of care.
**Facility Context**
* We are a franchised unit, operating under pre-established protocols, standards, and routines set by the network.
* The nurse will receive initial training and ongoing education from the franchisor from day one, with expectations of adherence to established standards.
* Must supervise the training and standardization of the care team (caregivers and nursing technicians) within the facility.
**Mandatory Prerequisite**
* Active COREN registration

* Experience working in ILPIs
* Home care: history of nursing coordination/leadership

* Willingness and availability for the routine of an ILPI.

* Organizational skills, ownership mindset, and reliability (follows through until resolution).
* Practical leadership (on-site presence, accountability, correction of errors, and consistency).
**Main Responsibilities**
* Structured contact with family members during working hours at the facility via the nursing corporate phone, for:
a) requesting/organizing medications;
b) scheduling exams;
c) addressing emergencies/complications for each elderly resident, with objective and traceable follow-up.
* Prescribing care and clinical routines (planning and updating care plans).
* Managing the care team:
a) supervising and creating schedules for caregivers and nursing technicians;
b) recruiting/attracting professionals (caregivers and nursing technicians), using a personal phone number for operational and recruitment contacts.
* Implementing the IW/EW system: the system has not yet been fully implemented with the team; the nurse must lead and complete this implementation, ensuring team adoption and transition to digital prescriptions and check-ins, reducing reliance on printed prescriptions.
* Real-time monitoring of check-ins (medications and care activities) performed by caregivers/nursing technicians via the system and mobile devices, intervening to correct errors and ensure execution.
* Mastery and application of patient safety protocols, including: falls, aspiration pneumonia, clinical deterioration, medication monitoring/check-ins, and structured communication with staff and families.
* Acting as the Global Nursing Technical Responsible (RT) before COREN, including formal representation when required.
* Liaising with the facility’s geriatric physician to align care plans, supervise complications, and maintain clinical care standards.

Compensation: R$5.250,00 per month
