About the Position We are looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to support the hotel’s maintenance activities, ensuring the full functionality of its facilities and contributing to the comfort, safety, and well-being of guests and staff. The professional will assist with preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical, plumbing, and civil areas, ensuring the preservation of the physical structure and operational efficiency of units and common areas. ? Key Responsibilities * Perform basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and civil installations; * Replace light bulbs, outlets, switches, ballasts, showerheads, faucets, locks, and other commonly used items in guest rooms and social areas; * Assist in replacing and handling circuit breakers under technical supervision; * Support the closing of electrical circuits in distribution panels under technical supervision; * Perform minor masonry, painting, varnishing, and finishing repairs on walls, furniture, piping, and structures; * Support preventive maintenance of equipment such as air conditioners, pumps, elevators, and generators (where applicable); * Respond to technical service requests in guest rooms and operational areas of the hotel; * Assist in recording completed maintenance tasks and identifying repair needs; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of technical areas and the maintenance warehouse; * Work in accordance with occupational safety regulations (NRs), correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE); * Follow standards for safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection; * Perform other related duties as directed by leadership. ? Requirements * Basic experience in building maintenance, hospitality, facilities management, or civil construction; * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and minor civil repairs. ? Desired Knowledge * Familiarity with preventive maintenance; * Safe use of manual and electric tools; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations; * Organization and control of operational activities. ?
