Basic preventive maintenance and operational communication We seek a **Junior A&V Operator** to support technical audio and video operations for in-person events and live broadcasts. This professional will assist with setup, basic equipment operation, and audiovisual infrastructure organization, working alongside more experienced operators. This position is ideal for early-career professionals aiming to build practical experience in audiovisual production and live events. **Responsibilities:** **Setup and Logistics** * Assist with setup, cabling, and teardown of audio and video equipment at event venues. **Supervised Operation** * Operate and monitor basic equipment during events—including microphones, analog and digital mixing consoles, and PTZ cameras—under the supervision of the technical team. **Checklists and Inventory** * Perform equipment checklists before and after events. * Conduct simple connectivity tests and assist with equipment inventory control. **First-Level Maintenance** * Perform basic preventive maintenance, such as identifying damaged cables or malfunctioning equipment. * Assist in verifying videoconferencing systems and other audiovisual devices. **Operational Communication** * Maintain constant communication with the technical team during setups and events. * Promptly report any equipment failures or abnormal behavior. **Requirements:** **Experience** * Up to **2 years of experience** in audiovisual production, technical support, or events. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of equipment used in events, including: cable types and connectors audio and video signal flows microphones analog and digital mixing consoles **Autonomy** * Performs routine operational tasks, requiring supervision during the most critical setup and operation stages. **Education** * Completed technical education or currently pursuing undergraduate studies in fields such as: Audiovisual Production Radio and Television Social Communication or related disciplines. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Corporate
