Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for engineering and diagnostics, critical systems management, leadership and maintenance, contract management, strategic planning, and technical consulting to clients. Key Highlights: 1. Engineering and diagnostics of automation systems. 2. Leadership and management of maintenance plans (PCM). 3. Technical consulting to clients and continuous development. * Engineering and Diagnostics: Read and technically interpret complex electrical diagrams for the assembly and supervision of control panels, automation systems, and communication networks. * Critical Systems Management: Evaluate and optimize automation system operations, focusing on HVAC control, utilities, and power generation processes. Leadership and Maintenance (PCM): Act as a direct support to management to ensure, together with the technical team, strict execution of the Maintenance Plan (Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive). * Contract Management and PDCA: Serve as the guardian of client satisfaction for contracts under your responsibility, applying the PDCA cycle to identify bottlenecks and transform problems into opportunities for improvement. * Strategic Planning: Conduct technical studies, plan work schedules, and actively participate in the development of new automation projects. Technical Consulting to Clients: Train and guide end clients on equipment operation, promote predictive maintenance culture, and ensure optimal equipment performance. * Continuous Development: Actively participate in company training programs and continuous improvement methodologies. * Requirements and Qualifications: Completed or ongoing technical education in Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress). Proficiency in electrical controls, components (circuit breakers, relays, contactors), and industrial instrumentation. Strong ability to interpret electrical diagrams and data sheets. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Service (5S, PDCA, Kaizen). Full availability for travel (Mobile Position). Please indicate whether you hold an active CFT license. Differentiators: Experience with HVAC, CAG, and utility systems. Knowledge of PLC and SCADA configuration. Experience leading technical teams and implementing PCM.
