Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to handle receiving, inspection, and storage of goods; inventory organization; material picking and shipping—with emphasis on control and compliance. Support in inventories and quality control during shipping We are looking for a **Warehouse Clerk**. * Employment type: **CLT** * Work mode: **100% On-site** * Location: **Vargem Pequena – Rio de Janeiro** * Schedule: **Business hours | Monday to Friday** **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store goods, verifying quantity, integrity, and compliance with invoices. * Organize and maintain physical inventory according to defined layout and standards. * Pick materials and equipment based on demand from Projects and Logistics departments. * Support inventory control and execution (general and cyclical inventories). * Inspect materials prior to shipment to minimize non-conformities. * Assist in packaging and shipping of equipment. * Obtain freight quotations and arrange freight contracts when required. **Key Requirements:** * Completed high school education (Logistics degree preferred). * Prior experience as a Warehouse Clerk or in inventory/logistics roles. * Knowledge of inventory control and goods inspection. * Proficiency with systems and recordkeeping (ERP experience is a plus—Sankhya). * Availability for immediate start. **Preferred Qualifications \| Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience handling technical equipment (LED, audiovisual, electrical, or technology-related). * Background working in project-based, event, or technology companies. * Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics. **About MÍDIA IN LED!** We specialize in transforming ideas into high-impact visual experiences using LED displays, sound, and lighting.
