Description
Job Summary: Assist with management tasks, updating clinical records, contacting providers and families, preparing reports, and supporting departmental activities. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in updating spreadsheets and clinical histories 2. Support communication with providers and families 3. Assist in preparing reports and responding to complaints Main Responsibilities: Assist in updating Speech-Language Pathology Management Spreadsheets; Update Clinical History; Contact each provider for new patients and verify the professional's name and phone number; contact the family and confirm whether treatment has commenced; Assist in preparing reports (Continuity, Suspension, Frequency Change, Material Request) as needed; Assist in responding to complaints received through Quality Control; Assist families with any issues related to speech-language pathology services; Request reports from providers whenever necessary; Assist in monitoring weaning from services; support other departmental tasks. RESIDENTS IN: Niterói, São Gonçalo, Itaboraí, Maricá, or Rio Bonito; Job Type: Part-time, Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$700.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Which semester are you currently enrolled in?
