Work on developing communication, language, and social interaction, helping to improve quality of life, conducting assessments, and intervening in areas such as speech, oral and written language, hearing, and voice; develop speech-language pathology intervention plans that include specific techniques and activities to improve speech, language, social interaction, and other communicative skills in patients with ASD. Having completed the Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) course is considered a plus.
