Job Summary: Support facilities routines, contributing to the organization, maintenance, and proper functioning of premises, assisting in repair management and monitoring of outsourced service contracts. Support in leading outsourced services and monitoring contracts. **Responsibilities:** * Support facilities department routines, contributing to the organization, maintenance, cleaning, and proper functioning of premises and work environments. * Assist in managing minor repairs, equipment and physical space maintenance, ensuring safety, accessibility, and comfort for all employees. * Support leadership of outsourced services and monitoring of contracts related to infrastructure, cleaning, and building maintenance. * Collaborate with internal departments to promote an efficient, organized workplace aligned with the company's quality and safety standards. * This position is open to people with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive, accessible, and collaborative environment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of building maintenance, facility and equipment upkeep. * Fundamental knowledge of occupational safety and accessibility regulations. * Basic understanding of contract management and vendor performance monitoring. * Basic Office suite (Word, Excel, and e-mail). **Work Format:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance + Meal/Refectory Allowance (R$ 28.00 per day) + Life Insurance + Health and Dental Plans + Totalpass Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.518,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Refectory allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
