Focus on asset security and access control ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Conducts motorcycle-based security patrols to ensure protection of assets, employees, and visitors—especially in outdoor or hard-to-access areas. Leverages motorcycle agility to identify and prevent theft, robbery, and damage, responding promptly to incidents. Inspects vehicle entries and exits, as well as visitors and staff, verifying documents and authorizing access when required. Conducts surveillance at strategic points such as vulnerable perimeters and high-traffic or high-risk locations. In emergency situations, responds rapidly—providing immediate assistance and contacting competent authorities. Prepares daily reports documenting incidents, actions taken, and situations requiring attention. Strictly adheres to safety regulations and traffic laws during patrols and transit. Performs daily checks and basic motorcycle maintenance—including fuel level, tire pressure, and oil level—to ensure proper vehicle operation. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education. * Valid ATA (Armed Transport Authorization) certificate (mandatory). * Driver's license category "A" for motorcycle operation. * Experience in asset security, surveillance, and motorized security. * Knowledge and practical experience operating motorcycles in urban and rural areas, with emphasis on safety. * Physical fitness suitable for continuous patrolling and prolonged motorcycle operation. * Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV cameras, access control systems, and emergency procedures. * Ability to communicate clearly with team members and the public. * Experience using technologies such as two-way radios, monitoring systems, and security applications. * Proactive attitude and ability to make quick decisions in risk situations. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 37.85 per day * Transportation Voucher * 30% hazard pay * Night shift allowance (if assigned to night shifts) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Types:** CLT and Temporary
