Job Summary: This role involves monitoring transportation programs, tracking vehicles, resolving travel irregularities, and ensuring effective communication with clients and management to maintain operational safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor transportation schedules and keep them updated 2. Track vehicles to ensure safe transportation 3. Handle irregularities occurring during trips * Maintain schedules (SMPs) up to date in the Integra / Apisullog systems, according to license plates assigned to transportation services at the units. * Track vehicles via the Integra system that have SMPs, ensuring safe transportation as per scheduled plans. * Attend to clients and their departments. * Support units participating in the Safety project. * Address irregularities arising during trips (workflows) promptly, following guidelines published in the Integra system / aligned with the client. * Keep the work database organized to improve efficiency in handling events. * Report any anomalies detected during trips—beyond those covered by Integra system procedures—to the Security Tower management and unit responsible personnel. * Comply with requests and instructions from the Security Tower management. * Assess whether client-side interference affects monitoring, preventing complications in potential incidents. * Request information from client unit responsible personnel via phone and/or e\-mail when the tracking system flags an irregularity during a trip, aiming to identify or rule out any event. * Address vehicle mirroring failures for Apisul with monitoring technology providers and the client's manager. * Monitor vehicles from other bases when demand increases due to absences or shift intervals of other team members. * Always inform the immediate supervisor before leaving the base, to avoid impacting client service.
