Your main responsibility will be monitoring routes in real time, promptly and accurately identifying, analyzing, and resolving any irregularities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Providing support and monitoring trips via system * Maintaining contact with clients, carriers, and drivers * Participating in periodic meetings with coordination/supervision to align processes with the client. * Assisting in recording all anomalies identified during trips, ensuring the system remains updated regarding operational incidents. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in multiskill customer service (Chat, Phone, and Email) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (spreadsheets and document creation) * Communicative | Dynamic Requirements: * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (11 AM to 11 PM). * Knowledge of tracking technologies Minimum Education: High School Diploma * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal/Voucher Card (VA or VR) * Wellhub * University partnership program
