Guide participants, visitors, and staff on the venue's rules and procedures. Control access to restricted or designated event areas. Support logistics for entry, exit, and crowd movement. Monitor equipment, facilities, and furniture to prevent damage or accidents. Record incidents and report them to event coordination when necessary. Assist in organizing queues, seating, and waiting areas. Adhere to safety regulations, event protocols, and company internal procedures. Previous experience as a Supervisor, Coordinator, Inspector, or Controller may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
