Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supporting project and planning management, supervising and ensuring execution, as well as preparing technical reports and managing the team. Supervision, training, and evaluation of the team for system operations **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Duties and responsibilities • Support technical project and planning management, supervise and ensure execution to maintain quality, and flag potential discrepancies impacting outcomes. • Prepare technical reports on project site visits and daily activity reports, production monitoring, and system delivery. • Supervise, train, escalate, and evaluate team performance for system operation. • Support technical project and planning management, supervise and ensure execution to maintain quality, and flag potential discrepancies impacting outcomes. • Prepare technical reports on project site visits and daily activity reports, production monitoring, and system delivery. • Supervise, train, escalate, and evaluate team performance for system operation. • Responsible for system configuration and commissioning; • Perform field activities whenever necessary to support the field team. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education and qualifications • Completed undergraduate degree or completed technical course in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Electromechanics/Networking; • Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B or higher. • AUTOCAD knowledge • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Required experience and knowledge: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Supervisor, performing duties such as: • Team supervision; • Preparation of technical reports; • Attendance at client meetings with the Project Manager, documenting decisions in meeting minutes (ATA), project requirements, technical issues, and changes; • Diagnosis of installation services to be performed by contractors or in-house teams; • Ensuring standardized installation service across all systems; • Solid knowledge of Electronic Security Systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.); • Experience in commissioning and handover of projects. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday\-Friday **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance or food voucher (R$25.00 per day) / Transportation voucher / Group life insurance; Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on the best opportunities.
