Job Summary: We are seeking a senior professional in finance and procurement with expertise in Conta Azul to manage Accounts Payable/Receivable and Procurement, ensuring efficiency and control. Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement We are looking for a senior, proven, and experienced professional in finance and procurement, with absolute proficiency in the Conta Azul platform, as well as strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills. We seek an autonomous, committed, and proactive professional who excels in all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement, ensuring efficiency, predictability, and control over the company’s internal processes. --- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accounts Payable and Receivable Execution and control of payments and receipts; Issuance, verification, and recording of invoices; Daily bank reconciliation; Cash flow management and financial planning; Relationship management with suppliers and customers; Generation of financial reports and support for monthly closing; Accounting entries and categorization in the Conta Azul system; Operation and reconciliation with Itaú, Bradesco, and Santander banking platforms. Procurement and Supply Chain Assessment of requirements and management of minimum stock levels (where applicable); Supplier quotations, negotiations, and evaluations; Purchase order issuance and delivery tracking; Cost-benefit analysis and budgetary control; Management reporting, contract tracking, and warranty period monitoring. --- MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement; Full mastery of the Conta Azul platform (mandatory requirement); Experience with Itaú, Bradesco, and Santander banking systems; Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency; Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and deadline- and results-driven profile. ADDITIONAL ASSETS Prior experience in service-providing companies; Knowledge of tax withholdings (ISS, IR, INSS, etc.); Strategic negotiation skills and ability to reduce operational costs.
