Visual and functional preservation of sites. **Job Description** Maintain equipment in perfect working condition, perform technical maintenance, general cleaning, supervise third-party troubleshooting when issues fall outside our scope, conduct frequent tests and inspections of security devices, preserve visual appearance and site lighting, and implement improvements — all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform operational servicing of PCs to: replenish supplies, paper, and air filters; replace consumables and parts; install applications; inspect PCs to verify they are in perfect condition; coordinate with suppliers for technical repairs; configure software; maintain up-to-date visual communication at the site. * Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request replacement parts from Logistics via ETA system tools and logistics carriers. * Grant site access to maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaire, contractor, or maintenance company) to execute repairs. * Continuously monitor equipment security devices to detect any signs of tampering or attempted fraud. Use technical knowledge of system operation and test templates to perform maintenance as needed. * Ensure proper signage and lighting at sites, maintain visual aspects such as paint, decals, and cleanliness using cleaning materials and replacement parts; engage contractors when tasks fall outside assigned responsibilities. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: Completed technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of microcomputing (hardware and software); * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B is mandatory; * Availability to work weekends and holidays (rotating 5x2 schedule).
