Job Summary: Control the access of people and vehicles, provide assistance and guidance to residents, monitor traffic flow, and record incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of daily control reports DOORMAN Main Responsibilities: * Control the access of people, vehicles, and service providers within the condominium premises, following internal rules and procedures; * Provide assistance and guidance to residents and visitors, delivering appropriate information; * Monitor the flow of people at entrances and exits, maintaining order and safety in the environment; * Prepare daily access control reports and record relevant incidents. Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 36-hour breaks. * Driver's license (CNH) category B — an advantage; * Minimum 1 year of experience as a doorman or access controller, preferably in condominium environments or areas with high foot traffic; * Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to interact with the public in sensitive situations; * Ethical and professional demeanor, focused on humane service.
