




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing access, monitoring orders in real time, performing billing, auditing, shipping, handling returns, and providing platform support—ensuring departmental organization. Key Highlights: 1. Access management and real-time order monitoring. 2. Multifunctional involvement in billing, auditing, and shipping. 3. Responsibility for returns, cancellations, and platform support. Request system access for the team and monitor the order dashboard in real time to ensure immediate assignment of tasks to the picking team. Responsibilities include: system-based billing (POS), auditing in coordination with Loss Prevention, packaging, release, and handover to delivery personnel (shipping). Also responsible for returns, cancellation control, and proactive creation of support tickets and platform assistance. Assists in verifying and requesting catalog and virtual inventory adjustments. Performs order picking as needed based on demand. Maintains departmental organization. Applies checklists. Demonstrates strong communication skills. High school diploma required. Prior experience in this role is preferred. Employment type: Full-time CLT contract. Compensation: R$1\.630,00 per month.
