Controller Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a Controller Analyst to strategically support financial management and decision-making. This professional will be responsible for monitoring results, preparing and analyzing managerial reports, budgetary control, financial forecasting, and supporting strategic planning. A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude is expected, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and propose solutions that generate efficiency and business value. We seek an analytical, responsible, collaborative, and results-oriented individual who wishes to grow alongside the company and actively contribute to its sustainability and expansion. Responsibilities: * Prepare managerial Income Statements (DREs), financial KPIs, and monthly revenue, cost, and expense forecasts; * Control and optimize processes in the TOTVS RM ERP system; * Provide financial support for the institution’s routine financial activities; * Communicate with pedagogical coordinators, responsible parties, and managers. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controlling, financial planning, budgeting, and results analysis; * Knowledge of budget preparation and monitoring (budget and forecast); * Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis tools; * Experience with ERPs and financial management systems; TOTVS RM is a plus; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and analysis of financial statements (Income Statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet).
