At the Copacabana Palace—voted the 11th best hotel in the world and #1 in South America by The World’s 50 Best Hotels—your talent finds the ideal setting to continuously elevate standards of excellence in luxury hospitality. **Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Deliver personalized service, anticipating guest needs and crafting memorable experiences in accordance with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) luxury standards. * Provide expert recommendations for restaurants, cultural attractions, events, and exclusive local experiences. * Organize and coordinate reservations, excursions, transfers, and external services with meticulous attention to detail and excellence in execution. * Remain consistently updated on the city’s cultural, tourism, and gastronomic calendar, serving as a destination authority. * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, ensuring all referrals align with the hotel’s quality and luxury standards. * Manage special requests and customized guest demands with agility, discretion, and an exceptionally high standard of service. * Deliver differentiated service to VIP and special-profile guests, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to LQA Standards. * Log and track guest requests in the system, ensuring efficient communication and flawless execution. * Conduct check-in and check-out processes in line with hospitality and LQA excellence standards. * Support Front Office operations, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures and consistent in-person and telephone service. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in this role or a similar position. * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality is a plus. * Experience in luxury hospitality. * Knowledge of the city’s events, gastronomy, and entertainment venues. * Fluent English (will be tested). * Additional languages are a plus. **Benefits:** * Comprehensive health and dental insurance for direct dependents. * Transportation allowance—covering all modalities: subway, bus, and train. * Pharmacy benefits program. * On-site meals. * Life insurance. * Birthday day off. * Rotating 5-day workweek with 2 days off. * Discounts at company-owned outlets. * Based on your “length of service,” you’ll earn complimentary stays and experiences at Belmond properties worldwide, including 50% discount on Food & Beverage.
