Job Summary: Rio Beach Club is seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks while ensuring preservation and providing support across multiple areas. Support painting, gardening, and event setup services **Position:** Building Maintenance Assistant — Rio Beach Club Rio Beach Club, a benchmark in leisure, gastronomy, and entertainment in Barra da Tijuca, is looking for a Building Maintenance Assistant to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry systems. * Carry out simple repairs, such as light bulb replacements, floor adjustments, tile fixes, and minor repairs. * Conduct regular inspections to identify faults or maintenance needs. * Ensure the preservation and cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment. * Support painting, gardening, and event setup services. * Assist in moving materials and furniture, adhering to safety regulations. * Comply with health and safety standards, using appropriate PPE. **Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off (fixed weekday off \+ 1 Sunday per month) **Salary:** R$ 1\.924,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Bradesco Dental Plan * TotalPass * Nutritional and psychological support **Location:** Barra da Tijuca — Rio de Janeiro/RJ If you are proactive, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be part of a dynamic environment, send us your resume and join our team!
