Come experience the new with us! **** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** We are looking for a Risk Management Analyst to manage operational risks of the company’s Capital Projects, within the portfolio of the Vice Presidency of Engineering (VEE). This role will cover the entire contract lifecycle—from opportunity identification in the Pipeline through to project closure. Within the Engineering area, this position will operate cross-functionally with internal teams from other directorates, especially during implementation, where contract managers and risk oversight personnel are located. Across other Vice Presidencies, the role will function integratively throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring fluid communication and multidisciplinary decision-making. The primary objective of this position is to improve portfolio result predictability and accuracy through trend prediction identified in risk management. **Responsibilities:** * Process Standardization: Ensure adherence to the Risk Management process and contribute to its adaptation to VEE needs whenever required. * Risk Management: Identification, analysis, assessment, and treatment of risks present in a given environment, aiming to minimize vulnerabilities, maximize opportunities, and maintain or strengthen environmental strengths. * Stakeholder Management across Vice Presidencies: Engage appropriate hierarchical levels to meet operational and strategic needs of other areas. * Monitoring and Control: Coordinate and ensure necessary monitoring activities are carried out by technical teams (from simple reviews to full contract reassessments), working jointly with contract managers and planning & control teams to re-evaluate contingency values. * Information Management: Consolidate risk-related information across portfolio projects, monitoring and controlling—through technical teams—the severity level of each project, both qualitatively and quantitatively. * Risk Awareness Education: Support personnel involved in Operational Risk Management across various projects to deepen their knowledge of the discipline and understand its relevance to portfolio management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge and experience in project and/or contract risk management; * Strong communication skills, ability to foster synergy among workgroups, capacity to synthesize large volumes of information, and systemic vision. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge and/or experience in pricing/budgeting, cost management; * Certifications and/or courses in risk management or related topics. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people power the energy that drives us.
