We overcome **challenges** to enhance operational performance. **Bring your energy to our business and become part of this successful journey!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor QSMS performance, prepare statistics, and establish trends; * Track incident/accident reporting systems and ensure unit compliance with management systems and legal requirements; * Participate in internal investigations of undesired events/accidents; * Disseminate QSMS-related information across the company (including preparation and distribution of safety circulars and SMS bulletins); * Conduct regular onshore and offshore QSMS inspections and audits; * Monitor and follow up on compliance with QSMS programs and support the Measurement Management System when required; * Support line managers in developing and maintaining programs, awareness campaigns, videos, manuals, and general SMS informational materials; * Assist in maintaining QSMS-related procedures; * Monitor and guide compliance with relevant rules and regulations; * Participate in the emergency response organization **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Postgraduate degree in Safety Engineering; • Active CREA registration; • Fluent Portuguese and English; * Previous experience in the oil and gas sector; * Knowledge of delivery routines from operators such as Pollution Control – PCP, Water Management System – SGA, Anomaly Reporting and Treatment – RTA, Monthly Statistical Report – REM, and other indicators; * Advanced knowledge of standards and procedures (but not limited to) work permit processes, working at heights, and confined space entry; * Advanced knowledge in managing management systems, including development and revision of procedures, programs, policies, guidelines, and QSMS campaigns; * Advanced knowledge in Critical Elements management; * Experience and knowledge of Incident Investigation methodologies; active and passive fire protection, area classification, F\&G detection, safety equipment, main qualitative/semi\-quantitative risk analysis techniques such as HazOp, HAZID, and Bow tie; * Understanding of production unit operations, from process (from oil arrival to offloading) to facilities such as effluent treatment stations; * Knowledge of applicable main standards and requirements (SGSO, NRs, CONAMA, Navy/DPC, Flags, and Classification Societies). We started operating the FPSO Cidade de Itajaí in 2013\. Five years later, we added another unit to our fleet, the FPSO Pioneiro de Libra, which began operations in 2017\.
