The challenges of the role are: Responsible for credit and cash departments, managing the team, ensuring operational procedures are executed and results are achieved. * Ensure operational processes for credit and cash; * Ensure achievement of established goals; * Ensure increased customer registration; * Create strategies for card activation; * Motivate and train your team for excellent customer service; * Diagnose and propose alternatives to improve results; * Offer Riachuelo card and financial products to customers, motivating your team toward this objective; * Define store scheduling, shifts, and overtime together with the management team; * Conduct team meetings; * Select and train new employees; * Deliver training according to company standards; * Perform performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees; * Identify and develop talents for succession (PRI); * Open or close the store according to the schedule. 2510230202201765794
