Description: It is very important that you have and/or know: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Availability to work during store closing hours, weekends, and holidays. * Experience in retail, preferably in fashion. Key responsibilities of the role: Responsible for commercial departments, managing teams, ensuring execution of operational procedures, and delivery of results. * Motivate and train your team to deliver optimal customer service; * Ensure achievement of established targets; * Diagnose performance issues and propose solutions to improve results; * Ensure compliance with all Visual Merchandising procedures; * Guarantee execution of operational procedures, price changes, product restocking, and department organization; * Monitor competitors and suggest commercial actions and product improvements; * Define scheduling plans, shift rosters, and working hour banks for the store in collaboration with the management team; * Conduct meetings with the store team; * Select and train new employees; * Deliver training in accordance with company standards; * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees; * Identify and develop talent for succession (PRI); * Accompany visits from other company departments; * Open or close the store according to the assigned schedule. 2512050202181904311
