




Job Summary: This internship offers an opportunity to support administrative and occupational safety operations, including onboarding, PPE management, and internal assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in onboarding and offboarding processes 2. Management and control of personal protective equipment (PPE) 3. Support to the Occupational Safety team and internal assistance **Minimum Education**: Currently enrolled in High School. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Onboarding and Offboarding:** Assist in issuing and collecting identification and personal-use items (ID badges, locker keys, and uniforms) * **PPE Management:** Support monitoring of the PPE dispensing machine (preventing lockouts/replenishments) and organize PPE distribution, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety regulations. * **SESMT Support:** Assist the Occupational Safety team in organizing and digitizing documents, as well as providing direct support to employees regarding area-related requests. * **Supply and Uniform Control:** Conduct size assessments and manage the dispatch/receipt of lab coats from service providers. * **Administrative Management:** Register and remove professionals in the CNES system (National Registry of Health Establishments). * **Internal Assistance:** Serve as a point of support for employees, directing specific requests to Corporate HR and ensuring internal customer satisfaction. * **Compliance and Safety:** Ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and occupational safety and accident prevention policies of the **DB Group**.
