Knowledge and Certifications: * ITIL V3 Foundation (or higher) certification. * Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office environments. * Internet, Intranet, and email. * Remote support/telemarketing techniques (receptive and active). * Network configuration-level knowledge. * Installation, configuration, and replacement of printer and scanner consumables. * User backup procedures. * Experience in Windows local area network environments. * VPN and Digital Certificate installation and configuration. * Experience with Windows servers (2008/2016\). **Core Responsibilities (Essential Duties/Tasks):** * Provide technical support to users for hardware and software across all SEFAZ\-RJ buildings. * Perform corrective, evolutionary, and adaptive maintenance of IT equipment. * Provide logistical support, movement, and transportation of IT equipment. * Install, configure, and provide support for software, printers, scanners, and peripherals. * Register and track technical service requests. * Ensure integrity, availability, and organization of the technical knowledge base.
