Contribute to the growth and success of the unit **C** **Job Description:** POSITION: Sales Consultant | Barra da Tijuca and Recreio BEAUTY CLINIC What you will do: Provide personalized and delightful customer service; Schedule sessions and maintain reception and calendar organization; Conduct sales and resales of laser hair removal packages; Actively engage in customer acquisition and retention; Contribute to the growth and success of the unit. What we seek in you: Completed high school education; Availability regarding schedule and location (Barra da Tijuca and Recreio); Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays; Prior experience preferred in both in-person and online sales, with focus on targets and results; Strong communication skills, proactive and competitive attitude, and team spirit; Orientation toward professional growth and excellence in customer service. What we offer: Fixed salary: R$ 1.674,73; Attractive commission: 1.5% upon reaching target; 2.5% upon exceeding target; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance and/or food allowance; Health insurance; Genuine opportunities for growth and development within the network.
