Responsibilities and Duties * Assist with freight invoice entry and verification in the system; * Support the registration of Service Invoices as instructed; * Schedule Customer Invoices; * Generate Picking Orders for the Shipping Department; * Support the issuance of Invoices when requested and under supervision; * Contribute to organizing and updating internal documents and controls of the department. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (4th to 6th semester) in Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency 2512100202181856665
