IMPULSER PROFESSIONAL 2777 \- Senior Fullstack Developer \| React/Node.js 1\. Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our technology team and lead the development of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), high-performance interactive dashboards, and cross-platform applications. The ideal candidate combines strong experience in software architecture, frontend and backend development, strategic vision for scalable solutions, and the ability to provide technical guidance to other developers. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, located in downtown Rio de Janeiro. 2\. Responsibilities and Duties Design, develop, and maintain PWAs and interactive dashboards, focusing on user experience and high performance. Work on both frontend and backend, ensuring seamless integration between systems and APIs. Define and implement best practices for software architecture, coding standards, and automated testing. Ensure security, scalability, and quality of developed solutions. Lead technical initiatives and guide junior and mid-level developers. Conduct code reviews to promote technical quality and consistency across the team. Ensure efficient integration with REST and GraphQL APIs. 3\. Mandatory Requirements Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for frontend and backend development. Solid experience with React and Next.js in production projects. Hands-on experience developing backend services using Node.js and NestJS or equivalent frameworks. Proven experience building PWAs — service workers, caching, offline mode, and performance optimization. Experience integrating and developing REST and GraphQL APIs. Ability to define software architecture and technically lead development teams. 4\. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration. Experience with automated testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, or similar tools). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control best practices.
