Description

Job Summary: Manage and lead procurement operations, developing commercial strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring supply continuity, ethics, and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop the Procurement team 2. Negotiate contracts with domestic and international suppliers 3. Collaborate with various strategic departments across the company Manage procurement department operations to ensure adequate company supply. Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with organizational planning. Define product mix in collaboration with the Commercial Directorate. Negotiate commercial contracts with domestic and international suppliers. Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and enhanced commercial terms. Manage procurement performance indicators. Monitor inventory levels, coverage, and product turnover. Plan commercial campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and promotional activities jointly with Marketing and Commercial teams. Qualify suppliers and continuously evaluate their performance. Develop new suppliers and market opportunities. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and compliance requirements. Approve purchase orders according to established authority levels. Manage departmental budget. Lead, develop, and evaluate the Procurement team. Support strategic expansion projects and opening of new units. Participate in strategic decisions regarding the product portfolio. Collaborate with Logistics, Commercial, Finance, Tax, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Management. Ensure proper documentation and governance of procurement processes. Uphold ethics, transparency, and integrity in commercial negotiations. Compensation: R$3\.249,08 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
