Description:
Requirements for this position:
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields;
* Knowledge of management systems (ERP);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (spreadsheet and report creation);
* Familiarity with performance indicators and goal-based management (KPIs);
* Contract and supplier management;
* Expertise in negotiation techniques and cost analysis (TCO \- Total Cost of Ownership);
* Experience managing teams.
Preferred qualifications:
* Specialization in Supply Chain Management, Supplier Management, Negotiation, and/or Contract Management is desirable;
* Experience in third-sector organizations, cultural institutes, or public equipment management entities will be considered an advantage.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating procurement team activities to meet the demands of IDG units within established deadlines and quality standards;
* Planning and executing procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services—from quotation to contract formalization;
* Supervising the preparation of purchase requests, proposal comparisons, technical reports, and selection justifications;
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and applicable legislation;
* Supporting the drafting and review of contracts with Legal and Administrative departments, ensuring commercial terms and timelines align with approved proposals;
* Negotiating with suppliers to secure improved commercial and delivery terms;
* Tracking departmental performance indicators and proposing continuous improvements;
* Promoting supplier qualification and periodic evaluation;
* Providing input for annual budget planning and cost control;
* Ensuring process compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
