Job Summary: This role involves merchandise replenishment, organization, customer service, and inventory control to ensure product availability and an excellent shopping experience. Inventory control and stockouts **Your Mission:** * Replenish merchandise on shelves/families and in picking areas, executing basic procedures of "full, clean, labeled, safe", maintaining correct stock location in aisles, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and complying with safety rules and procedures to ensure consistent stock availability for customers; * Replace price tags and create labeling and product sample displays following the "see, understand, touch, buy" principle, keeping display stands, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastics, equipment, or other items obstruct or hinder customer movement in the department’s aisles, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Respond promptly to checkout requests and provide support whenever needed to ensure fast customer service; * Attend to customers courteously, attentively, and willingly when approached, enabling sales through high-quality service; * Scan visual stockouts within your assigned territory, considering the four possible causes (replenishment, inventory count, AVS's, and unscanned stockouts), to monitor available products. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating aerial work platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation, market trends, demand, and competition; * Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares linked to overall company performance.
