Strategic procurement management and compliance Description: Required Qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced knowledge—especially in Excel; * Advanced knowledge of procurement and supply practices, policies, and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain; * Experience in a leadership role. Your key responsibilities will include: * Coordinating and distributing procurement demand among buyers, ensuring balance by category, value, and volume. * Managing people—providing feedback, fostering development, and enhancing engagement within the procurement team. * Leading and supporting continuous process improvements to elevate the maturity and efficiency level of the supply area. * Approving and signing procurement processes within governance-defined authorities, ensuring proper process flow. * Collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments, leadership, and stakeholders—participating in meetings and ensuring alignment and information management. * Supervising the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of procurement processes, evaluating service levels. * Ensuring implementation of controls, procedures, and compliance practices to mitigate risks in contracting. * Monitoring KPIs, goals, and action plans of the coordination, leveraging procurement management support systems. * Developing and analyzing price baselines to ensure appropriate references for negotiations and contracting. 2512200202551929227
