Description:
Required Qualifications:
* Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced knowledge—especially in Excel;
* Advanced knowledge of procurement and supply chain practices, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management;
* Experience in a leadership role.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and distributing procurement demand among buyers, ensuring balance by category, value, and volume.
* Managing people—providing feedback, fostering team development, and enhancing engagement within the procurement team.
* Leading and supporting continuous process improvements to elevate the maturity and efficiency of the procurement function.
* Approving and signing procurement processes within governance-defined authorities, ensuring proper workflow execution.
* Collaborating integrally with internal departments, leadership, and stakeholders—including participation in meetings—to ensure alignment and effective information management.
* Supervising the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of procurement processes, evaluating service levels.
* Ensuring implementation of controls, procedures, and compliance practices to mitigate risks in contracting activities.
* Monitoring KPIs, targets, and action plans for the coordination function, leveraging procurement management support systems.
* Developing and analyzing price baselines to ensure appropriate benchmarks for negotiations and contracting.
