Job Responsibilities:
\- Procure materials and services, from quotation to purchase order issuance.
\- Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers, ensuring optimal conditions within company guidelines and departmental supervision.
\- Research and develop new suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability in procurement.
\- Monitor delivery deadlines and proactively prevent stockouts.
\- Contribute basic reports and analyses to the procurement team.
\- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, adhering to internal and regulatory standards.
\- Review and process purchase requisitions, converting them into purchase orders.
\- Analyze and compare commercial proposals to support decision-making.
\- Update supplier records and maintain organized documentation.
\- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure supply chain efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:
\- Completed undergraduate degree (any field). (Mandatory)
\- Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial negotiations. (Mandatory)
\- Knowledge of procurement processes, proposal analysis, and purchase order control. (Mandatory)
\- Intermediate Excel skills (control spreadsheets, cost analysis, price comparisons). (Mandatory)
\- Proficiency in negotiation and supplier relationship management. (Mandatory)
Familiarity with ERPs and supply chain management systems (SAP, TOTVS, etc.). (Preferred)
\- Experience in engineering or building maintenance companies. (Preferred)
\- Basic understanding of procurement contracts and compliance. (Preferred) \- Basic knowledge of inventory planning and management. (Preferred)
Work Schedule and Location:
\- Location: Camorim (Rio de Janeiro).
\- Schedule: 07:00–17:00 (Mon–Thu), \- 07:00–16:00 (Fri)
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)
Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.175,31 per month
