Company located in Barra da Tijuca is selecting a **Logistics Assistant** to handle invoice issuance and shipping activities, including picking, checking, labeling, and organizing the sector, following quality and biosafety standards. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for issuing invoices, ensuring all information is correct according to current legislation. Performs organized picking, verification, and system inventory reduction of finished products, enabling efficient execution of initial shipping and billing processes. Prepares and organizes secondary labels for orders so the labeling process can begin. Conducts inventory counting and records damaged items, ensuring lot quantity updates. Responsible for segregating products nearing expiration. Performs initial issuance and verification of labels containing product and customer information as per prescription and order. Issues recipient labels and identification labels for files, materials, and others. Responsible for requesting materials relevant to the sector's activities. Executes manual product labeling and stores them correctly and orderly in their secondary packaging to prevent labeling errors. Verifies lots and quantities of finished products picked for each order to ensure the picking process was accurate. Manually packs orders and temperature-sensitive products, ensuring product safety and proper packaging. Organizes and files orders numerically. Replenishes refrigerant elements used in closing temperature-sensitive products as needed. Assembles syringe kits and seals products, ensuring convenient and organized delivery to customers. Responsible for printing invoices and attaching test reports. Assists the coordinator and pharmacist in tasks related to the department. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma completed Higher education in Pharmacy (or related fields), currently enrolled or completed. Experience in compounding pharmacies or the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of computer systems, Office suite, and various tools; DESIRABLE: Familiarity with good laboratory practices. Knowledge of compounding pharmacy processes or related areas (drugstores, hospital pharmacies, pharmaceutical industry).
