




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing project execution, ensuring technical quality and compliance with JP Projetos standards. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and oversee project development. 2. Conduct technical feasibility studies and interviews with clients. 3. Define solutions, material specifications, and technical decisions. Job Mission: Plan, develop, and oversee projects within the scope of responsibility through analysis, execution, and monitoring of actions, technical procedures, and defined work plans, thereby effectively contributing to the technical quality of activities performed, in alignment with JP Projetos standards and specifications. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct preliminary studies and/or pre-submission consultations; * Conduct technical feasibility studies; * Interview clients; * Perform field surveys; * Define project solutions; * Make technical decisions; * Specify materials to be used in designed construction works; * Define drawings, charts, diagrams, spreadsheets, tables, and reports; * Draft descriptive memoranda; * Perform quantitative takeoffs of Material Lists; * Technically analyze presented issues and propose appropriate solutions.
