We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute planning and deployment activities for mobile network engineering projects; * Generate scripts, MOPs, and technical project documentation; * Perform monitoring and execution of project activities, including post-activity follow-up and support in resolving issues encountered; * Generate post-activity reports; * Actively participate in troubleshooting and testing activities, including test creation and trace collection; * Provide technical intervention alongside engineering, operations, IT, and other teams involved in the projects; * Monitor KPIs and generate reports; * Support the opening of CRQs and SSDs; * Support other related activities required to ensure proper project planning and execution; * Interact with internal supplier teams to support the above-mentioned activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Networks, Information Technology, or related fields; * Experience in planning, deployment, and monitoring of mobile network engineering projects; * Knowledge of mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and/or 5G); * Experience in developing scripts, MOPs, and technical documentation; * Experience in troubleshooting, network testing, and fault analysis, including trace collection and analysis; * Knowledge of change management processes, including CRQ and SSD opening and tracking; * Technical English for reading and interpreting manufacturer technical documentation. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in mobile network deployment, expansion, or modernization projects; * Knowledge of mobile network performance and quality indicators (KPIs); * Experience in integration among engineering, operations, and vendors; * Familiarity with mobile network monitoring, testing, and analysis tools; * Experience in telecommunications operator environments or large-scale network infrastructure projects. **Additional Information** Want to explore all our open positions?
