





**Please read the job description carefully and apply only if you meet the required profile:** **About the Role** Fully manage the Group BDC’s brand stores—from product and promotional item selection to sales operations—as well as produce photographic and audiovisual content to strengthen institutional communication and presence. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Manage all store operations, including: * Selecting and defining products for sale. * Preparing budgets and negotiating with suppliers. * Monitoring the procurement process through to warehouse receipt. * Launching new products on the store platform. * Making items available for online sale. * Managing and updating inventory. * Producing product photos and videos for promotion on the virtual store. * Conducting photographic coverage of Group BDC brand products. * Capturing photos and videos at events, conventions, and trade fairs. * Producing institutional photos and videos of exhibition booths and activations. * Recording audio and video of the company president during meetings, lectures, and events. * Supporting the marketing team in producing visual materials for the store across digital channels. **Requirements for the Role** * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related fields. * Experience managing virtual stores or e-commerce processes. * Experience in photography and video production. * Knowledge of inventory management. **Role Specialization** A professional focused on **e-commerce operations management** (store for franchisees) and **visual and audiovisual content production**, combining commercial and creative vision to support the Group BDC brands’ strategy. **Professional Experience** * Prior experience in marketing, e-commerce, or virtual store management. * Experience in institutional and product photography and video production. * Experience in negotiation and supplier relationship management. **Required Technical Knowledge** * E-commerce platforms and virtual store management systems. * Inventory control and logistics processes. * Product photography and institutional photography. * Video production and editing. * Image and video editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools). * Basic SEO knowledge for online product descriptions and listings. * Office suite / Google Workspace (for reporting and tracking). **Soft Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and autonomy in end-to-end store management. * Creativity and aesthetic sensibility for photos and videos. * Creativity in sourcing products, promotional items, and novelties applicable to each brand. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Adaptability to handle diverse demands. * Time management and deadline adherence. * Teamwork capability, supporting various marketing departments. * Strategic vision to align products and content with brand needs.
