Escalate to relevant departments in case of failure or system reset; * Guide employees to complete mandatory courses during the training period – escalate to responsible departments in case of errors, failures, or system resets; * Record attendance/absence in the system; * Complete the daily logbook/electronic checklist; * Submit reports to Operations and other departments with updates on classroom attendance/absence, grades, etc.; * Conduct post-delivery follow-up for operators, tailored to each client’s requirements; * Observe/immerse in operations to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities; * Deliver feedback and monitor performance within the classroom setting; * Monitor trainee attrition and underperformance during training; * Log support tickets (e.g., infrastructure issues) to ensure classroom functionality for trainees; * Update training materials and lesson plans for minor corrections (processes/procedures); * Track delivery outcomes at 30/60/90 days using available tools; * Develop action plans/improvement strategies for delivered cohorts, to be implemented within 30/60/90 days post-delivery; * Attend meetings with Operations and other departments as required; * Participate in audio sessions, training programs, and calibration sessions for capacity building and development; * Develop and participate in meetings for Results Presentations; * Ensure continuous personal development through course enrollment, operational immersion, and tool-based learning; * Provide administrative support to the Staff team. 2511290202181836216
